At Blue Lotus Yoga & Wellness, we believe it’s never too late to feel strong, balanced, and centered. Our studio is created for adults over 40, offering a supportive space to grow in both body and mind. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, you’ll find classes designed to help you move with confidence and ease.

Our offerings include a variety of different styles and levels of yoga including vinyasa, hatha and yin as well as sculpting and strengthening classes to build stability and tone, and meditation and breathwork to calm the mind and reduce stress. We also host wellness workshops and seminars that explore healthy living, mindful practices, and practical tools to support your whole self.
